Earl has been great to work with. He really went the extra mile to prove his integrity, and honesty. I live almost four hours away, and after making a deal, he gave his word he’d hold the machine till I got there. The sale went well, but only after I had a chance to use the machine did I discover an issue there was no way of knowing about beforehand. Earl took care of the repairs, and made sure everything was exactly the way we both expected, and followed up long after anyone else would have washed their hands of it. I’ll never hesitate to buy from Elm Ridge in the future, and highly recommended doing business with them.
